My wife and I always have a great time at Dragonfly. Alex, the Bar Manager and his staff provide excellent customer service. And their happy hour is probably one of the best happy hours in town.

I have been twice and the first time was great but the second time the service was terrible, my girlfriend almost cut herself with a broken glass, the table was full of beer for a long time that spilled from the broken glass, the order arrived wrong and the waitress who had two red tails didn't even care about one. I had to get up to pay and have the table cleaned, and he only apologized for the glass without taking into account the danger of having a broken glass that could have turned out worse.
